Recently, air freight shipping services(EMS and ePacket) has been recovered for most of countries except Canada and Australia. Please kindly check below that current situation of delivery term.

Normally, package is delivery with shorten time.
However, sometimes packages are stuck at Custom due to too much packages in Custom gate. In this case, please kindly understand  that delivery term will be takes longer.

■Current estimate delivery term (JP POST ePacket or EMS) 

1. Around Asia, delivery term will takes around 2-5 weeks.
   
   
2. To Australia around 3 months due to only sea freight is available.
   To New Zealand, delivery term will takes around 2-6 weeks.
   
   
3. Around USA delivery term will takes around 2-6 weeks.
   To Canada is currently out of services for personal package, but available to ship to company address. Please kindly contact us first if you like to order from Canada.
   
   
4. Around EU, delivery term will takes around 3-8 weeks.
   (Terms depends on which country you like to send)
